OrderingProcess
1. Submit Order and
Payment. Two convenient ways to order:
Online
via PayPal: If you do not have
a Pay Pal account, don't worry -- Pay Pal will
still process your credit card the same as any
other credit card processor. If you do not have
an account, simply click on the link that reads
"I do not have a Pay Pal account" during checkout
to securely enter your credit card and shipping
information.
By Mail
or Phone: Download the Pet Portrait Order Form.
Complete it and send with payment in the form of
Check or Money Order to the address on the form.
I can also take your order over the phone when

2. Submit Photo
Referencesvia e-mail
attachment or regular
postal mail. Producing excellent pet
reference photos is a critical step in creating your
beautiful custom pet portrait. I can always adjust
for shadows, poor lighting, or a mediocre background.
However, better pet photos usually translate into
superior pet portrait paintings. Extra photos are
also suggested as these can serve as a reference for
coloring, close-up details, and personality.
Subjects, features or backgrounds can be combined or
omitted from separate photographs as required to
achieve the desired end result. Click here

3. Confirmation
& Approval.Due to
the nature of custom work, I will need to confirm
project details with you by emailing you a rough
sketch or computer rendering layout of the painting.
At the point of your approval, I will start working
on your project and your payment will become
nonrefundable. When the pet portrait is
completed, I send a digital proof of the final
painting to you via email. If desired, reasonable
alterations can be made to the portrait until you're
completely satisfied.
4. Shipment or
Pickup.Once payment is received in full
and verified, I will insure and ship your painting,
or you can arrange with me pickup in the Dallas TX
area. Please be advised that the verifying process
may take up to three weeks if paid by check. I
currently utilize UPS Ground delivery, but please let
me know if you prefer another shipping method
(additional fees may be required). Sale is final
after shipment.
Turnaround:Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks
for the entire process from the date I receive your
order and payment. Because of the nature of custom
work, actual delivery time may vary, and turnaround
time can be shorter or longer than listed above
depending on the amount of orders received and the
nature of your project. If you have a special date in
mind, please let me know, and, if possible, I will
try to get the portrait completed to you in
time.
